JAMES envisions a future where Americans are no longer segregating themselves socially by political party, skin color, ethnic origin or national origin. Immediately after taking the Oath of Office, JAMES will close the U.S. borders with an Executive Order for Ruthless Border Fortification, which will deploy U.S. Marine Corps to the 2.5 mile channel along both the Northern and Southern borders with Canada & Mexico, respectively. JAMES will give the Marines a green light to contact, deny and engage any and all invaders, regardless of Age, Race, Ethicity, Nationality (non-American), Sex, Gender or Religion.

Immediately following the signing of the Border Fortification Order, JAMES will sign an Executive Order declaring Cannabis,and hemp, an essential good for American security and safety. In addition, all persons who were convicted of Cannabis crimes will receive free cannabis for life, courtesy of Uncle Sam.

Mental health has ravaged the U.S. since 2001 and continues to rear its head daily on an increased basis in the form of crime. JAMES will order the DOJ to:
- Incrementally CLOSE EVERY PRISON.
- Begin the conversion to Mental Health Rehabilitation and Treatment Facilities
- Use current non-Death Row inmates for supervised construction, carpentry and skilled-labor work, in exchange for release or rehabilitation.
- Execution of all U.S. Federal death row inmates, beginning 60 days after inauguration at a rate of 500 inmates per day.
It has been made abundantly clear over the last 40 years, that prisons do not rehabilitate or help prisoners assimilate onto society; they do exactly the opposite. Enough is enough!
We, as a country, can no longer afford to allow UNHINGED Lawlessness or Violence to rule the day. As POTUS, JAMES will work with Congress and SCOTUS to constitutionally issue an Executive Order that will limit the federal appeal window for capital crimes to 45 days. In addition the Executive Order will mandate all Death Row sentences to be carried out within 90 days of sentencing, or after the date of inauguration; whichever is first.
Most importantly the Executive Order will define and hold as punishable by death only, "The 5 Deadly Acts of Treason against the U.S."
- 1st Degree Murder of any American.
- Intentional Acts of Fraud against any American Citizen.
- Intentional acts of Violence resulting in Death, Permanent Disability or Serious Injury to an American Citizen.
- Acts of racism, bigotry or display of the Flags of any country or entity the U.S. has previously/currently declared War aginst and no treaty exists declaring peace between the nations.
- Any unlawful act against a Child (0-16), Elder (50 or older), or other protected person, by any person over the age of 16.
- Any unnatural act that may discourage, disrupt or jeopardize the national security of the United States or personal legacy of its citizens.
As a strict constitutionalist, JAMES knows the Second Amendment provides all Americans the RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS; AND THAT RIGHT SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.
As President, JAMES will open the Armory to the people, and require all competent Adult Americans (16 to 79) to participate in quarterly firearms training and psychology assessments.
Also, JAMES intends to work with Congress to dismantle limitations preventing Americans from excercising their Constitutional Rights, while, protecting the public with tiered levels of access, training. and assesments which will he balanced with specific limitations, monitoring, rehabilitation and requirements for lawful possession of firearms on a case-by-case basis.
In addition, JAMES will work with Congress to declare November 1st a National Hunting Holiday.

James will order the FDA to require all food makers, farmers and restaurants to provide only ORGANIC FOODS to Americans. The American people have made it more than clear: "We are no longer interested in consuming carcinogens or poisons in our food."
JAMES will work with Congress to require all Medical professionals and Pharmaceutical Companies to provide natural/holistic healing, treatment, and medication alternatives, before opting for chemical based treatment or invasive surgery. There is no reason any American should be kept alive long enough to killed for a profit.
JAMES believes his administration has a duty to American women, and will not interfere in the choices they make with their bodies. JAMES believes the decision to terminate any legitimate pregnancy should be left to BOTH the mother and father of the child.
Exceptions
- In an effort to promote health, safety, nuclear families, an increase in the birth rate, and to prevent the use of pregnancy termination as a form of birth control; JAMES will work with the American Medical Association, top medical professionals, Congress and the SCOTUS to create a healthy legal limit to the frequency and amount of voluntary procedures any woman may undergo.
- In the event of life-threatening circumstances, rape or incest, there should be no barriers to the decision a woman makes for herself.
- In the case of minor children/teens, the decision made by their parents shall not be infringed upon.
In addition JAMES will work with the Department of Health to provide complimentary pre-natal and post-natal mental health care to first-time mothers throughout the United States.
As a believer in education & work as the foundation of American values and training ground for life and living, JAMES will reform the U.S. education & labor systems to help Americans dominate globally in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Kinesiology, Speech, Languages, Economics, Law, Fine Arts, Life Skills and Athletics.
JAMES will work with Congress to create a better economic model for the future that takes into account the current state of the American Reality. The United States will not find itself involved in any foreign military exercise, international conflict, proxy war or clandestine operations support during JAMES HOUSTON IIs Presidency. JAMES will recall 100% of internationally assigned United States Military Personnel, Vendors and Civilian Defense Contractors. Upon their return, the various branches will deploy to domestic education, infrastructure duties & projects, land & maritime border security, and international intelligence operation duties.

My paternal grandmother, (whom is in her nineties and currently living), and her sister, my late-great aunt, lived their entire childhood and teens in the racist, and oppressive Jim Crow South, before moving to California in the 50s amid racial tensions in the south. Both disclosed to me over many years, countless memories of their experiences with discrimination, racism, bigotry, sexism, gender inequality, or other negative exclusively-American experiences; as recently as 2010.

Through the hard work, dedication, trust, loyalty, love, and tireless commitment of their hard working parents, JAMES, and his brother lived the ideal middle-class American childhood in a traditional small-town household, in built on Trust, Respect, Intelligence, Love & Loyalty. JAMES was raised in the rural Northern California, Central Valley town of Patterson.
JAMES opted to grow and elevate his business ideas, relying on natural talent and the ability to adapt to any set of circumstances. After what began as a way to supplement experiencing financial troubles, turned into an intense focus and source of inspiration for his future, JAMES began to set his sights on becoming the occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, in Washington D.C.
While traveling throughout the U.S., after college, JAMES began meeting new people from various walks of life. In his daily conversations with strangers, JAMES began taking the time to understand the most pressing matters concerning, and often only affecting, lower and middle AMERICANS.
Over the past 15 years, JAMES has been able to see how much his passion for identifying problems, developing solutions and working diligently to see success through to the finish are needed in the Oval Office.
Unlike his opponenets, JAMES has had to pull himself up by the bootstraps in his often turbulent career in Independent Sales and Entrepreneurship, and can relate to most AMERICANS on a personal level.

The pressing need to steer the United States of America into a productive future drives JAMES on his pursuit of the highest office in the land.
